A deeply sincere, Thank You! To the thousands of people who lifted our spirits by choosing to stand with the baristas and staff of Forza this week as we reclaimed a gathering place. A dark evil had left a cloud over this store, our hearts and the community. That cloud was removed last Saturday, when over 600 people stood in line that first morning in a demonstration of support for the Lakewood Police Department, four families and nine children.

I will be forever indebted to Sgt. Mark Renninger, Officers’ Ronald Owens, Tina Griswold and Greg Richards. They fell for others, they fell for us, and their actions saved lives that day, demonstrating a love we will never forget.
